Who operates SiteSignal

SiteSignal is operated by Crestline Partners Pty Ltd. This policy explains how we collect and use information for the SiteSignal monitoring service, pilot reports, support and operational messages.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide and improve SiteSignal, including:

business contact details, such as names, company details, email addresses and phone numbers;
system and site details, such as installation names, locations, equipment details and configuration notes;
telemetry needed to monitor hybrid power systems and identify alert conditions; and
SMS recipient details, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records.

How we use information

We use this information to provide monitoring, prepare pilot reports, send operational alerts, provide support, troubleshoot issues, maintain service records and improve SiteSignal.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only for SiteSignal operational messages. We do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers only to operate the service, such as hosting, analytics, messaging, email and support tools. These providers are used to help us run SiteSignal, not to market unrelated services to SMS recipients.

Access, correction and deletion

You can request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where practical and legally permitted.
