About SiteSignal
SiteSignal provides monitoring and plain-English SMS alerts for hybrid power systems. It is designed to help customers notice issues faster and understand why an alert was generated.
During the pilot phase, live SMS may not be enabled for all systems. Some pilot reports may show what messages would have been sent rather than sending live alerts.
How alerts work
Alerts are based on telemetry and rule-based analysis. Message frequency may vary depending on system behaviour and alert conditions.
Telemetry can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Alert rules may not detect every fault, and some alerts may require customer review before action is taken.
Customer responsibility
SiteSignal is a support tool. It is not a replacement for proper operation, maintenance, inspection, safety systems or emergency procedures.
Customers remain responsible for responding to alerts, checking site conditions, maintaining their equipment and using qualified people where required.
SMS messages
SMS message frequency may vary depending on system behaviour and alert conditions. Message and data rates may apply.
Users can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance. For support, contact craig@crestlinepartners.net or call +61 403 489 773.
Limitation of liability
We work to make SiteSignal useful and reliable, but we do not promise that every issue will be detected, every message will be delivered, or every alert will be correct.
To the extent permitted by law, Crestline Partners Pty Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by missed alerts, delayed messages, incorrect telemetry, customer inaction, equipment failure, network outages or use of SiteSignal as a substitute for normal operational and safety processes.
Changes and availability
SiteSignal may change during the pilot as we improve monitoring rules, reporting and alert behaviour. We may suspend or limit access where needed for maintenance, security, service reliability or pilot management.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
